Here Are Some Tips & Post Infusion Instructions

  1. Do not expect to feel amazing immediately after! You may feel significantly better to slightly drowsy after your infusion. Most people report and increased energy the following 1-2 days. If used during illness, the hydration is such a positive as well as the antioxidants to help stimulate your immune system in fighting off illness quicker.

  2. Continue your current meds without changes

  3. Continue to improve hydration and flush toxins with drinking water

  4. IV Vitamin Infusions are not recommended to 1% of the population but caution should always be there. Please let our staff know of any complications.

  5. IV Vitamin Infusions are recommended every 3-4 weeks but can be done more frequently in times of illness and chronic inflammation. This should be discussed with one of our medical providers.

  6. We do not offer mobile IV therapy unless a previous established patient-provider care is present and our staff is comfortable. We have a very comfortable environment and extended hours to facilitate the best care for you and the safety of our staff. For large groups or needed home visits please call our office and speak with our staff for scheduling.

  7. Take a magnesium salt bath. The magnesium can help draw out more toxins from your skin, speeding up the process of detoxification.

  8. If you are familiar with intermittent fasting, it is a good thing to try to let your digestive system take a break. Alternatively, consider going on a bone broth day. The fat and protein in the broth should keep you satiated. If you would like to do a juice fast instead, do include lots of vegetables in it as a fruit only juice can make you feel worse (due to its effect on insulin). Add some coconut oil to it to slow down absorption of glucose.

  9. Try a colonic if safe and comfortable

  10. If you have diarrhea-like symptoms, do not take an anti-diarrheal but let the body dispose of as much poo as it needs.
